Great views from the balcony, but stairs are tough with luggage.

I was offered a room with sweeping views of garden.

Great place with great amenities like free parking, 24-hour security, and in-room breakfast. I remember how the staff helped me with directions during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast outdoors for the best views!

the free parking was onsite, good service. there were central heating, a safe box and multi-channel tv in the room, really enjoyed that. the breakfast was fantastic and exceptional with a savory option, incredible views plus meats to choose from.

fabulous food, very good service and magic view of the garden. location just next door to the valley filled with fog up to the base of the steeple at the basilica below. nearby il baccanale - great place to chill out. a private safe, a minibar, and central heating available in the king room. brand new bathrooms.

Unfortunately, our room was quite tight, and the lack of privacy in the bathroom was disappointing. We had an awkward moment when my wife requested an ice bucket for our anniversary champagne and felt embarrassed by the staff's response. Despite Marco's helpfulness, the mixed service somewhat overshadowed our stay.

The units were newly furnished and functional with a balcony. The location is amazing, 2 km from a vast hillside church.

Communication on check-in location could be clearer, as some guests felt frustrated by the confusion!!! Small bathroom sizes might not be to everyone's liking.

The double room had a beautiful garden view, but the coffee was terrible.

What a disappointment, the water pressure in the shower was horrid, unacceptable for a so-called hotel, and the hard beds was like sleeping on a rock. I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade to make up for it but, no such luck! Almost left a good review, but just couldn't. How sad for me.

I had an amazing stay with a stunning balcony view and the breakfast was beyond delicious, though be ready for some steep stairs. I’d return!

My partner and I enjoyed a spacious one-bedroom apartment that offered comfort despite lacking a view. The breakfast spread, rich with fresh fruits, pastries, and meats, set a wonderful tone for our mornings. Do check arrival times to avoid confusion at check-in.
